Last Time
As mentioned, this is my last newsletter for the year of 2019. I know, I know, I'll miss you too .
Initially, I planned for this issue to be focused on goal setting for the new year, but I'm switching things up. There are a few things I want to leave you with.
First, the Kaytranada album Bubba is epic. Kaytranada never disappoints and this just continues that vibe. I love the features from Teedra Moses (one of my favorite Kaytranada song flips "Be Your Girl" from Teedra), SiR and there's even a good song with Tinashe which left me flabbergasted. I say all that to say, my favorite song on the whole album is the Durand Bernarr "Freefall." I need to hear this song everyday. I would also like to just say, I just took a break from writing that to go dance to the song in the mirror.
I also LOVE the new Free Nationals album - which from all the singles with Syd, Anderson Paak, and Mac Miller to name a few, I knew I would love.
Both albums made me start a new playlist which is something that I have not really been doing this year.
Also, listen to my best of the year playlist as well.
Additionally, here are a few reads I thought were worth sharing - look forward to seeing you soon. As always, find me on the interweb! Happy, happy holidays.
